Activity planned:

The PE teacher will show the pupils some very easy and not time-consuming exercises that they can do in order to maintain control of their weight.

Activity done:

The pupils discussed with the PE teacher the major importance of taking some daily exercise. They also referred to the benefits of joining a sports club, and the role of aerobic exercise in weight control. The conclusion was the following: when following a healthy diet and exercising daily, there is no need for extreme actions taken by pupils who are not overweight. A healthy lifestyle (going out and not playing computer games all day) can help with our social life and healthy body.
